First impressons: 4/10
I'm not really liking what I'm seeing. The layout is okay and I'll further detail it in the Layout section of the review. The font is weird and it doesn't match the layout. What I mean is, you used a small font (a pixel font) in the layout and the big font used for the text doesn't really go well with it.
omo... Already starting out bad...
Layout: 8/10
The layout's nice and the brushes are cute. But the site title/name is kind of boring. Try to make it pop with a different font and some glass effects. The brushes don't work together that well, you have stars and hearts and it would have looked better if it were either/or. Other than that, I like it. The colors you chose are a nice combo.
Not as bad as I thought it would be after reading the first part, but true about the stars and hearts brushes probably would have been best to have used just stars or just hearts.
Coding: 10/20
Everything well coded! The links are targeted were they should be and everything is in it's place. The points I took off was because they're related to the CSS part of your coding which is a BIG part. I'll talk more about it in that section.
Thank yous~ I was pretty sure the CSS would be getting a low grade since I usually start getting to lazy to work to hard on it.
Graphic Content: 19/20
You have a nice amount of content. I love everything! The icons are amazing, the Lyrical graphics are beautiful. The emoticons are cute but maybe making them smaller is better. The PNGs are well cut and they are very neat. The wallpaper is really good too. You definitely have talent!

Spelling and Grammar: 10/10
No mistakes there!
Even for all my laziness and randomness spelling is something I try hard to do right and grammar too.
CSS: 4/20
This is were I have to make the harshest critique. I'm not a big fan of the font you're using. Try other fonts like verdana, tahoma, or georgia. When the font is in italic, bold, or underlined, the font changes. It is better to stick with the same font when using the italics, bolds, and underlines, changing color is fine but please keep the font the same. Black is not a good color for your fonts since the layout is very pastel-y colored. Try to keep your headers in a smaller font because it's very overpowering. To be 100% honest, I didn't like your CSS that much and there's lots of room for improvement.
As harsh as this bit was it is very helpful to me and I did my best to use your tips for the CSS for this new layout.

-Content: 5/5 Nice and very original content.
Overall: 65/100 The site's okay. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in the CSS area. But it's coming along. Experiment a bit with headers and other fonts and styles and you'll be on the right path.
